who wears short shorts?

as in the old song… Personally, with my legs, I don’t wear shorts. Some walkers have recently been caught out, as we waded through brambles and nettles on an overgrown section of a walk, and some folks were bitten by bugs….

But, of course, it is up to you…..

Opportunity to help others

ARUK Explorer is a 26-mile hike and walk across the Peak District, with the inaugural event taking place on Saturday 21 September 2019 (World Alzheimer’s Day).  Some of your members may already have signed up to take part in the event, but others may just want to be involved because they love walking or running, love the Peak District, like meeting new people and/or because they have personal experience of Alzheimer’s Disease or other forms of dementia and want to help in some way.  If so, we’d love to have them volunteer with us to help make this new event a success!
